Pets must be approved in advance and stay off furniture and beds. A pet fee applies. Please clean up after your pet. Pool and Jacuzzi hours: 7 AM – 10 PM. No glassware near the pool for safety. Children must be supervised around the pool, jacuzzi, and canal at all times. Do not tamper with security or Wi-Fi equipment. These are in place for your safety and convenience. Please leave the home in good condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Check-out is by 10:00am unless previously arranged. Late checkouts without approval may result in a fee.
